This was an excellent event not only because of the “Veil” screening and the guests that came out to support but also that it featured another female-written movie titled “Forever No More” directed by Earnest Rhea and written by Nkechi Okoro, an up and coming talent who is the now a staff writer on “The Finder”, set to air on FOX in December. I look forward to seeing both movies develop a following as they make the Film Festival rounds. Good to see Black Thespian covering such quality events.
